1. Scope of Services

Globe Enviro provides residential and commercial pest control services, bird netting installations, invisible safety grills, and pipe rat guard installations in Mumbai. All services are performed by trained professionals using approved biological, chemical, or physical methods as specified in our service agreements.

2. Estimates and Billing

All cost estimates provided by phone, email, WhatsApp, or during site surveys are valid for 30 days. Standard invoices are issued upon completion of work. Payment is due immediately upon completion unless written credit terms are negotiated beforehand. We accept cash, UPI, bank transfers, and standard digital payments.

3. Service Warranties

Certain services are accompanied by local warranties (e.g., termite treatments or gel treatments). Our warranties are subject to the following rules:

• Clients must comply with post-treatment guidelines provided by our technicians (such as keeping treated areas dry or sealed for specified times).
• Warranties are void if the client utilizes third-party chemical sprays or disrupts the physical barriers (such as cutting invisible grill wires or dismantling bird nets) without our permission.

4. Client Obligations

To ensure successful treatment, clients must grant our team safe access to the premises at the agreed schedule. Any pre-treatment instructions (such as covering food, relocating pets, or clearing balcony clutter) must be carried out prior to our arrival.

5. Limitation of Liability

Globe Enviro uses WHO-approved biological and chemical formulations that are safe when applied according to safety instructions. However, we are not liable for accidental damage to fragile household fixtures, walls, or personal assets during drilling or treatment, unless caused by gross negligence. Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the total fee paid by the client for the specific service session.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of our services or this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

7. Revisions and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any revisions will be posted directly on this page with an updated modification date. Your continued booking of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms & Conditions.
